“Usu Boie is big gem”- says APC big wigs
Presidential Adviser, Kemoh Sesay has told a pool of crowd in Port Loko town during the occasion marking the switch of allegiance of Alhaji Yahya Deen Kamara, to the ruling All People’s Congress (APC), that the coming into the APC of Alhaji Usman Boie Kamara is an added boost to their party.
Alhaji YD Kamara who until his switch of allegiance to the APC over the weekend was the Regional Chairman of the opposition Sierra Leone People’s Party (SLPP).
Alhaji Usman Boie Kamara was among the nineteen presidential flag-bearer aspirants that is set to also endorse the candidature of the incumbent, President Ernest Bai Koroma.
Kemoh Sesay said, the gem in Alhaji Usman Boie Kamara is not only set to make the APC buoyant of pedigree, but it is one that adds confidence and more hope for the future of the country’s nescient democracy.
This wake of relevance in the political steam has sent shockwaves in the consciences of the opposition who are gearing to reclaim victory in the November polls.
A couple of high profile resignations have also taken place suggesting that the support of these persons would likely ensure a second term first round victory for the incumbent, Ernest Bai Koroma .
