The job of Commissioner at ECOWAS she explained came to her as a surprise as she was just thinking of going into retirement from her long service to the Central Bank of Sierra Leone when she was requested that her Curriculum Vitae (C.V.) was needed and then later on given a call by High Commissioner Henry Macauley from Nigeria that she had been nominated by Government to proceed to Accra for an interview for the job of Commissioner for Admin and Finance at the ECOWAS Commission.

She further maintained that she was encouraged by High Commissioner Macauley to go for the interview which she did the next day and this was how she became the successful candidate for Sierra Leone and has now got the job. The interview she also went on was really tough but she thanked God she was able to make it. She assured all present that she would make Sierra Leone proud at the ECOWAS Commission as all her other colleagues have pledged that they would try to make a difference this time round in ECOWAS evidence of which has already started showing.

At the end of the Lunch, introductions were made by all present followed by photographs before everybody dispersed to their different places of work.
