‘We need the 3 points’

The owner of newly promoted Division 1 side, Sheffield United, Mr. Fred Claye, has urged his boys to grab the three points ahead of their opponents, Murray Town Rovers at the Parade playing ground to book a place as the group’s leader ahead of the play off.

The former Brookfields United boss maintained that his team needs the 3 points to top the group and also qualify for the playoff so as to secure a place in the premiership.

He however urged his boys to be careful of their opponent as they too want to stay on track.

Losing to Sheffield United will see Murray Town relegated to second division. He noted that it is an easy encounter for his side.

Manager Claye appealed to officials of the Western Area Football Association to appoint a referee that will officiate a neutral and more transport football.

Dallarosa FC will also engage Real Republicans at the SLFA Academy, Kingtom and Brookfields United will sort it out with FC Johansen at the stadium’s practice field.

According to newspapers and radio stations across the country, Brookfields United is said to have threatened to boycott today’s match due to WAFA’s awarding of a protested point to Sheffield United.
