Patrick Sinneh, a security attached to the Sierra Leone Peoples Party (SLPP) head office yesterday made another appearance before Magistrate Wellington of Freetown Magistrate Court No.2 on a single count charge of grievous bodily harm.

It could be recalled that the accused has made nine or more appearances before Magistrate Wellington on account of the same offence.

In the particulars of offence it stated that on the 3rd of November 2010, at WallaceJohnson Street, the accused grievously plugged up the eye of one Raymond Adams with intent to cause him grievous bodily harm.

Detective Police Constable Mohamed Koroma of the CID Headquarters gave evidence on the matter.

He stated that on the 8th November 2010, a complaint was made at the Central Police Station and later transferred to the CID for further investigation and matter assigned to him.

He said the accused person was subsequently charged to court by Detective Police Constable 1513 Kabba Thorlie for assault and causing grievous bodily harm.

The accused was on bail. Matter adjourned to 7th April 2011.
